Samuel Kwesi Minlah CENTERVILLE, S.D. — Authorities have identified Samuel Kwesi Minlah, a resident of Vermillion, as the man who died in a car accident near Centerville earlier this week.
According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on a rural stretch of roadway outside Centerville. Emergency responders were called to the scene where they located Minlah with critical injuries. Despite the efforts of first responders and medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
